At Stirling Time Out+, caregivers are encouraged to take a break and leave their loved ones in our capable hands. Our activities are tailored to provide direct respite for carers, ensuring they have some valuable time to themselves while their loved ones engage in stimulating and enjoyable activities.​​

Our themed group sessions, facilitated by two team members, involve 6-8 consistent attendees. Lasting 1.5 hours per session, Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) improves memory, self-esteem, and confidence in individuals with mild to moderate cognitive impairment. After the course, we offer guidance for skill maintenance. Please note: this service is currently on hold. However, CST themed activities take place throughout all of Town Break's services.

At Killearn Social Group+, attendees are welcomed with open arms and treated to a variety of engaging activities. From quizzes and exercises to arts and crafts sessions, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Laughter fills the room as friendships are forged and memories are made, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all.
