Stirling Services

We offer a number of support and general drop in groups in Stirling. 

Whether you are looking for a coffee and a blether or a friendship group, take a look below and see what you fancy. 

NOTE: there are no services on Bank Holidays

What's on Day by Day

Monday Lunch Club - Rehabilitation Hub

Stirling Community Hospital, 12.30pm - 3.30pm

  • Group activity to start – usually a quiz alongside a cup of tea and biscuit

  • Lunch is then served – Soup/Sandwiches/Tea/Coffee

  • Smaller group activities after lunch – Dominos/Bingo/Scrabble or choice of crafts

  • Group activity to end – Usually a sing-a-long, Songbooks date back to 1950’s and everyone chooses a song for everyone to join.

 

Monday Time Out – Bellfield, Stirling Community Hospital

10:00am – 4:00pm.

  • Allows Carer’s some respite, knowing their loved one is safe and cared for

  • Up to 3 hours bookable time slot (Eg. 10am-1pm)

  • £10 charge per booking

  • Activities such as domino’s/card games/quizzes/reminisce

 

Monday CST – Rehabilitation Hub, Stirling Community Hospital, 11am-12pm

  • 12 week structured programme

  • Encourages engagement of thinking skills all whilst having some fun!

 

Tuesday Coffee & Blether – Killearn Village Hall, 2pm-4pm

  • Tea and cake, often home baking

  • Group activites such as name that tune/tea dance’s/play your cards right!

 

Wednesday - Bannockburn & Eastern Villages Hub      10.30am-12.30pm

  • Runs similar to a social club, aimed for Younger People Living with Dementia

  • Pool table, Darts, reminisce about football and sports they may have played

 

Wednesday - North Parish Church 2pm-4pm

  • Group activities such as bingo/quizzes/crafts

  • Friendship group every month – usually live music

 

Thursday - Callander Coffee & Blether, St. Andrews Church10.30am - 12.30pm

  • Group activities including a sing-a-long/reminisce/guess who’s in the baby picture

 

Thursday - Bannockburn & Eastern Villages Hub 2pm - 4pm

  • Runs similar to a social club, aimed at Younger People Living with Dementia

  • Pool table, Darts, Reminisce about football and sports they may have played
