Leave a Gift in Your Will.
A lasting act of kindness - support people living with dementia and their unpaid carers every day, through a gift in your will.

Leave a Legacy of Kindness
Support people living with dementia, not just someday - but every day. When you leave a gift to Town Break in your will, you’re not campaigning for cures or treatments. You’re doing something deeply human. You’re standing alongside people living with dementia, helping them live each day with dignity, connection and meaning. Your legacy could fund a friendly face at one of our services. It could make sure someone with dementia, still gets out into nature, still feels part of their community, still laughs. It could give a carer space to breathe, and a place to turn when things feel overwhelming.
Why it matters
Town Break supports people right here in our communities - in real time, with real care. A legacy gift helps us to be there for the long haul, offering calm, compassionate support as the world shifts around someone with dementia. This isn’t about grand gestures or big headlines. It’s about quiet, lasting kindness. A hand held. A story remembered. A sense of belonging, no matter what.
How to leave a gift in your will
Leaving a legacy is simple to do and powerful in impact. We recommend speaking with a solicitor to make sure your wishes are clear. All you need is our charity name and number - which we’ll provide below. You don’t have to be wealthy to leave a gift. A small percentage, or a set amount, can change lives. If you’re considering it. Thank you. That kindness ripples out further than you will ever know.
