Our Time Out + program provides unpaid carers a break while ensuring their loved ones are safe. With up to three-hour time slots available at £10 per booking, engaging activities maintain mental function. Carers enjoy direct respite, motivation, friendship, and guidance from our team.

Our themed group sessions, facilitated by two team members, involve 6-8 consistent attendees. Lasting 1.5 hours per session, Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) improves memory, self-esteem, and confidence in individuals with mild to moderate cognitive impairment. After the course, we offer guidance for skill maintenance.
