Our themed group sessions, facilitated by two team members, involve 6-8 consistent attendees. Lasting 1.5 hours per session, Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) improves memory, self-esteem, and confidence in individuals with mild to moderate cognitive impairment. After the course, we offer guidance for skill maintenance. Please note: this service is currently on hold. However, CST themed activities take place throughout all of Town Break's services.
